(MMG)

  • Micro Mission Grants (MMGs) reduce financial barriers so individuals and groups at JC3 can serve others in Jesus’ name. 

    These grants equip participants to live missionally, develop Christian leadership, 

    and meet real community needs while advancing God’s Kingdom.

    All projects should reflect JC3’s motto of: 

    Loving God, Loving People, & Serving the World


    What can an MMG look like?

    • Organizing a community outreach to meet practical needs
    • Partner with local schools, shelters, ministries, or nonprofits
    • Lead service project that mobilizes your current small groups, family, or friends (or better, those people you don’t know well...yet!)
    • Support a missional initiative locally or even globally
    • Create a project that builds relationships and points people to Christ
    • Perform Random Acts of Kindness (RAKs) in Christ's name
    • Responding to a specific need God has placed on your heart!

    Criteria:
    • Alignment with JC3 Motto: Love God, Love People, Serve the World
    • Missional Impact/Community Need
    • Realistic Feasibility
    • Meaningful/Measurable Goals
    • Passion/Ownership
    • Wise stewardship of Requested Funds
    • Openness to support and accountability
    • Commitment to Evaluation and Follow-through

GO-TEAM

The Go-Team is a "stand-by team" who loves serving.  Sign-up to receive information on various needs that come our way.  There is no specific commitment.  You serve when you are available or when it fits your passions or skillset.

  

Some examples of these various needs may be an individual who contacts the church to help them move or maybe someone is needing a ride to a doctor's appointment or to the airport.  If you are able to serve, wonderful, if not, we will send out additional opportunities in the future.  If you are interested in being a "go to" person for service sign-up for our "Go Team!"
