VITAL SIGNS - DEAF MINISTRY JC3 Deaf Ministry exists to reach the deaf community, in their own language, with the love of Christ. Monthly: H.U.G.S. @ the Hoagie Shop Vital Signs meets monthly at The Hoagie Shop for H.U.G.S. (Helping to Understand God through Signing). This fellowship provides an opportunity to practice sign language, increase visibility within our community, and support a staple Jefferson City local business.
