It’s finally here! If you would like to access our online directory, please follow this link. https://churchtraconline.com/member_access.php?church=8654757555
The first time you sign in, you will have to request a Passcode; this will be emailed to you. The email address you enter must match the one we have entered in the church’s ChurchTrac account. Once signed in, you will be able to view and update your and your family’s information. There are also links to online giving, your giving history, the photo directory, and a member directory (a little more information, but no picture.)
*It is recommended that you use Google Chrome to access ChurchTrac.
If you have not filled out the “online directory permission form,” you will not be included in either online directory. But don’t worry – you can still do that anytime! We will still be sending forms attached to our weekly emails or you can pick them up at the Information Desk and turn them back in at Census box on the same desk. You may also email us a photo of you and/or your family for the online directory at any time.

Access-Life Expo Tour 2018
Access-Life is a Christian not for profit ministry founded by Doug and Leanne Goddard in 2010 in response to both the need they saw to connect individuals and families living with disabilities to Jesus and Christ honoring churches and the call they felt God had placed on their lives to help facilitate this “bridging of the gap” through His grace and guidance. Across the US, they host “Expos” which are FREE events where individuals and family members living with disabilities are the honored guests and through Christian volunteers, they host activities like boat rides, bank fishing, archery, kayaking, animals, art, crafts, games, food and more for those who attend. This year’s Expo for the East Tennessee region will be held on August 18 from 10am-2pm at Cherokee Dam Park in Jefferson City. If you would like to know more about the Expo or to sign up as a participant or a volunteer, please do so through the following link:

Opportunities to Serve
Help Wanted! Listed below are 3 different areas of service/ministries where YOU can serve at JC3:
The tech teams needed for Sundays are growing, and we would love for you to join in. If you or your teenage child would be interested (or you want to email this to someone you know would be interested), we’d love to talk! Teams that are growing are:
A brand new system will soon be installed, and we need someone dedicated to setting up our lighting presentation each week. We will also need a team to rotate responsibility for running the system on Sundays.
EasyWorship is the software that runs our song lyrics, videos, graphics and sermon notes. The presentation is setup by JCCC staff during the week, but team members take turns running through the presentation each week for our services. We need three more members of this team.
Do you have experience or interest in learning to edit videos, run our streaming camera or help create ministry highlights? The video team would love your participation.
If you are interested in any of the above teams, then please email Stephanie Valentine at email@example.com.
Building & Grounds Crew
If you are retired or have flexibility in your schedule and would be willing to help around JCCC with monthly maintenance and/or specific projects, please contact us.
Welcome & Security Team
We are needing folks who are willing to serve on Sunday mornings helping with things such as greeting, handing out bulletins, helping direct visitors to classrooms and also helping with our building security. If you are interested in serving in any of these areas, sign up in this app.
Provide Relief for Immigrants in Need
Donations for the families of detainees are being channeled through HOLA Lakeway’s GoFundMe page. Here is that link: https://www.gofundme.com/gk9rj-aid-for-families-affected-by-raid. This mode is preferable for financial donations. Please do not donate to JCCC directly.
Are You Musically Inclined?
If you sing or play an instrument and you’re interested in serving with the JC3 worship team on Sunday mornings, we would love to have you! We’re looking to add a few consistent vocalists as well as any “substitute” instrumentalists - either for special occasions or in instances where our regular team members are unavailable. Please contact Stephanie at 865-824-7057 or firstname.lastname@example.org OR plan to meet with her this week for more information on how to join in!
KidsWay Looking for Volunteers
Our KidsWay department is looking for folks who would enjoy helping in ANY capacity (technology, security, teaching, etc.) If you have a heart to serve and would like more information on how you can volunteer, please contact Michelle Emmert (michelle.emmert80gmail.com.)
Food Pantry Donations
We serve many non-perishable items to members of our community as well as church family each month from our pantry, especially during the colder months of the year. If you would like to make donations, you may bring items to room 203 (near the front office) or you may make a monetary donation by writing a check to JCCC and mark “food pantry” in the memo line.
